Alice Moore Apartments
Located in the City of West Palm Beach, Dr. Alice Moore Apartments is Carrfour's first housing community built outside of Miami. The housing community contains 36 units of supportive housing for adults living with severe mental illness, a community room, library and an exercise room. Dr. Alice Moore Apartments offers a full range of comprehensive on-site supportive services to support the residents in achieving residential stability, self-sufficiency and wellness.
Amistad Apartments
Located in Miami-Dade County at 571 Southwest 9th Street in the Little Havana neighborhood, Amistad has 89 affordable apartments, including 45 units of supportive housing for formerly homeless families and 44 apartments for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms. Community amenities include a private fitness center, library, community center, barbecue area, and a children's playground.
Bonita Cove
Located at 5715 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood, Bonita Cove has 60 affordable apartments, including 30 units of supportive housing for formerly homeless Veterans and 30 units of housing for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. The housing community offers a full-range of on-site supportive services and includes a community room, exercise room and library.
Casa Matias
Located on the corner of South Dixie Highway and Southwest 260th Street in the Naranja neighborhood, Casa Matias has 80 apartments, including 40 units of supportive housing for formerly homeless families and 40 units of housing for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. With a broad range of on-site supportive services and resident programs, the six-story building includes a covered parking garage, an expansive indoor/outdoor community recreation space, an exercise room, and a library.
Coalition Lift
Located at 1255 Northwest 58th Street in the Liberty City neighborhood, Coalition Lift has 34 units of supportive housing for formerly homeless adults who are high utilizers of expensive public systems of care. Coalition Lift offers a full range of comprehensive on-site supportive services to support the residents in achieving residential stability, self-sufficiency and wellness.
Del Prado Gardens
Located at 18010 Northwest 39th Court in the City of Miami Gardens, Del Prado Gardens is a 32-unit townhouse community providing supportive housing to large formerly homeless families in three and four bedroom townhomes. Del Prado offers a full array of on-site supportive services and children's activities for the families.
Hampton Village
Hampton Village, located at 2800 Northwest 43rd Terrace in the City of Miami, consists of 100 affordable apartments for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. Hampton Village also contains a community room, exercise room, computer room and children's playground.
Harding Village
Located at 8540 Harding Avenue on Miami Beach, Harding Village consists of four renovated buildings containing 92 affordable housing units. Formerly the Paradise Inn motel, the deco-style rehabilitated buildings contain 54 supportive housing units for formerly homeless individuals, 20 units of supportive housing for formerly homeless Veterans, and 18 units of affordable housing for households earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. On-site amenities include a community room, computer lab, library, and an outdoor terrace.
Harvard House
Located at 2020 Northeast 169th Street in North Miami Beach, Harvard House has 56 renovated affordable housing units for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. Harvard House amenities include a community meeting room, computer room, basketball court, fitness room, playground, picnic area, and car care area.
Heritage Park
Heritage Park at Crane Creek is a mixed-income and mixed-use housing community in the City of Melbourne. The housing community contains 108 housing units, including 56 supportive housing units for formerly homeless families, 24 affordable housing units for families earning below 60 percent of the Area Median Income and 28 market rate apartments. Heritage Park also contains a health clinic operated by the Brevard Health Alliance, a community room, exercise room, library, computer room and community gardens.
Karis Village
Located at 11885 Southwest 216th Street in the Goulds neighborhood, Karis Village contains 88 affordable apartments, including 44 supportive housing units for formerly homeless families (including many Veterans) and 44 units for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. The high-rise also includes a community room, exercise room, computer room, outdoor meeting space, a children's playground and offices for local not-for-profit Trinity Empowerment Consortium.
Liberty Village
Located at 5329 Northwest 17th Avenue in the Liberty City neighborhood, Liberty Village contains 60 supportive housing units for formerly homeless Veterans. In addition to an array of on-site supportive services, Liberty Village contains a community meeting room, computer room, exercise room and a community garden.
Little Haiti Gateway
Located at 6201 Northeast 2nd Avenue in the heart of the Little Haiti neighborhood, Little Haiti Gateway has 80 affordable apartments, including 70 supportive housing units for formerly homeless individuals and 10 apartments for households earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. Consisting of nine historic renovated buildings, Little Haiti Gateway includes a computer room, library, exercise room, community meeting room, and a covered picnic pavillion/barbeque area.
Little River Bend
Located at 8250 Northeast 4th Place in the City of Miami, Little River Bend includes 66 supportive housing units for formerly homeless adults, several outdoor courtyards, a community meeting room, and a computer lab. Little River Bend offers a full range of comprehensive on-site supportive services to support residents in achieving residential stability, self-sufficiency and wellness.
Northside Commons
Located in Miami's West Little River neighborhood, Northside Commons consists of 80 apartments including supportive housing serving adults living with a severe mental illness and affordable housing serving families earning less than 80percent of the Area Median Income. With a broad range of on-site supportive services and resident programs, the high-rise building also includes a covered parking garage, an exercise room, computer room, library, and a community meeting room. Northside Commons is also home to the Key Clubhouse of South Florida.
Parkview Gardens
Located at 1475 Northwest 61st Street in Miami's Liberty City neighborhood, Parkview Gardens consists of 60 affordable apartments for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. With units ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, the three story building includes a community center, covered parking garage, playground, gym, computer lab, library and picnic area.
Residences at Equality Park
Located on the Pride Center campus in the City of Wilton Manors, The Residences at Equality Park is a 48 unit supportive housing community for seniors with a disabling condition. In addition to robust community offerings on the Pride Center campus, The Residences includes a large community room, exercise room, library and computer room.
Rivermont House
Located at 789 Northwest 13th Avenue in the City of Miami, Rivermont House has 76 supportive housing units for formerly homeless adults living with a disability. On-site amenities include a computer lab, fitness center, library, billiard room and a lush outdoor courtyard. Rivermont was Carrfour's first housing community.
Shuler Manor
Located at 1400 Northwest 54th Street in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood, Dr. Barbara Carey-Shuler Manor is a high-rise with 100 affordable apartments, including 50 supportive housing units serving formerly homeless families (many of who are Veterans) and 50 housing serving families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. In addition to a full array of supportive services, residents have access to an on-site exercise room, library, covered parking garage and a large indoor/outdoor community space available for large events.
Southwest Hammocks
Southwest Hammocks is a 100 unit supportive housing community for adults living with a severe and persistent mental illness. The three story housing community includes studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments, along with a 5,000 square foot space for the Footprints Clubhouse. Amenities also include a landscaped courtyard, a gym, an art studio, a computer lab, and a library.
The Royalton
Located in the heart of downtown Miami, the Royalton is a historic hotel originally built in 1923 that has been restored into an affordable housing community. The Royalton consists of 100 furnished apartments serving formerly homeless and low-income individuals, with amenities including a community meeting room, recreation room, and computer lab.
Verde Gardens
Carrfour developed Verde Gardens, a 145 unit townhome supportive housing community for formerly homeless families, located at 12550 Southwest 282nd Street adjacent to the former Homestead Air Force Base. The housing community is owned by the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust and is currently operated by Camillus House.
Villa Aurora
Home to Carrfour's main offices, Villa Aurora is located at 1398 Southwest 1st Street in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. The housing community includes 39 supportive housing units for formerly homeless families and 37 units of affordable housing for families earning less than 60 percent of the Area Median Income. Amenities include a covered parking garage, community center, computer room, gym and Miami-Dade County's only Hispanic branch public library.
