As the largest property management company in Florida specializing in supportive housing communities, Crossroads also manages for other not-for-profit organizations that lack the capacity to manage their own housing, including Camillus House, Neighborhood Housing Services, Little Haiti Housing and National Housing Trust.
Comprehensive Approach
Crossroads has comprehensive policies and procedures addressing routine, corrective and preventive maintenance. Routine maintenance procedures include a daily task list for each maintenance employee and a monthly physical inspection of each property by Crossroad’s Operation Manager.
Procedures also include information on timely handling of work orders and signing off on work orders by residents to ensure they are pleased with the quality of the repair. Crossroads also develops a specialized preventive maintenance plan for each site which includes a proactive program of regularly scheduled inspections, servicing, and repairs designed to prolong the useful life of equipment while helping to avoid costly breakdowns.
