The rehabilitated deco-style Paradise Inn hotel includes 54 units serving formerly homeless individuals, 20 units serving formerly homeless Veterans, and 18 units serving low-income residents. Amenities include a community room, computer lab, library, laundry room, and an outdoor terrace area.
